Dustin Haddad - Director of Golf

Dustin Haddad has been the Director of Golf at Seven Springs since October of 2018.  Originally from Connecticut, Dustin got his golf career started in Orlando, Florida in the mid 2000’s. After working nearly every position in the golf business, he was named Head Golf Professional at Oronoque Country Club in Stratford, CT in 2013. At Oronoque, he developed many teaching programs and clinics helping golfers of all skill levels improve their games.

The Seven Springs Golf Academy is very special to him as he has wanted to be a part of something like SSGA for quite a long time. “I am so excited to be a part of the Seven Springs Golf Academy. Golf is such a great game and one that lasts a lifetime. I enjoy watching golfers of all skill levels improve and have that sort of 'lightbulb going off' moment. I enjoy teaching the basics and if I have one strength, I think it is being able to communicate the skills of the golf swing in an easy to understand fashion. Golf can be a crazy and confusing game but my job is to make it as simple as possible.”

Joseph Santullo - Lead Instructor

Joseph Santullo grew up in Woburn, MA and started playing golf at the age of 10. His love of golf pushed him to attend Coastal Carolina University where he took part in their PGA Golf Management Program. He graduated with a Bachelors in Finance and his PGA Professional credentials. While working at Meadow Brook Golf Club and Winchester Country Club as an Assistant Professional and golf instructor, he realized that his passion in golf is teaching. He has taken part in programs such as PGA Junior League, summer junior golf clinics, and women’s golf clinics, teaching every age and every skill level.
“Every golfer plays for a different reason and my goal as an instructor is simply to make the game more enjoyable. This could mean shooting better scores, hitting the ball with better contact, straighter ball flight, more distance, making more putts, etc. Whatever goal you might have in mind, I will use my experience and dedication to help you reach that goal while creating a fun and enjoyable experience.”

Grant Daniels - Assistant Golf Professional

Assistant Golf Professional Grant Daniels started playing golf at the age of 6 and is a Florida native. Born and raised in St. Petersburg, Grant joined the Seven Springs team in March of 2019 and focuses most of his teaching on junior golfers and beginners. Grant assists with the very popular Tuesday night junior clinic and he has tremendous patience. Grant is dedicated to helping his students see improvement and developing a passion for the game. Focusing on swing fundamentals and understanding the basic rules of golf.

Grant grew up playing in Florida’s First Tee Tournaments, and played for his high school’s golf team, the Northside Christian Mustangs. Through this he learned the rules and procedures of youth golfers in the Tampa Bay Area. He went on to graduate from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics.

“We all had to learn the fundamentals at some point in our golf careers and I enjoy helping kids learn those basics. Golf can be very difficult and frustrating, so I try my best to encourage kids to have fun with the game to stay motivated. Motivation is what turns knowledge and skill into success.”
